N5TOOSingle Op 6MPlease accept my log as a check log tnx, Van n5too
N5XTRSingle Op All6q's on ssb @ 100w on 50mhz @ 50w on 144 on FT-847. 4 q's on FT8 was 4w on FT-817nd. 4 elements on 50mhz and 8 elements on 144mhz both Hygain antennas 40' tower, no trees and excellent horizon. I feel next time it will be QRP only. I got discouraged from the lack of SSB activity and maintenanced the HVAC system instead. Good DX & 73!
N6ANHilltopperPortable on Flint Peak. KX3 @ 5 watts. 66' doublet antenna fed with CAT5 twisted pair. How wonderful to make CW and SSB contacts on 6 meters in this digital age. XE2X in EL06 was my best dx and farthest contact. I also logged DL99, DM41, DM42, DM58, DM78, DM79. It was great to find the band open at 1815Z. XE2O/B, 5 watts and K7EUX/B, 1 watt, were heard during this time
N6GP/RRoverNice opening to Japan Saturday afternoon!
N6RH/RRoverRoverLog is terrific!
N6ZESingle Op QRPFun to operate both bands as QRP power AND minimal antennae. 6m: TV rabbit ears & 2m: KQ mini loop inside house at 500' above Puget Sound. Best DX:W7EME 2m FT8 in DN17@ 252 mi

N7PHYSingle Op 6MAmazing late night opening to the east coast. Operated from site of former military radar station, 4600 ft, nice view of the horizon. 73! Ed N7PHY
N7XCZSingle Op AllGOT ON A LITTLE LATE SATURDAY, BUT STILL MANAGED TO GET A A FEW CONTACTS OVER THE WEEKEND
N8KHSingle Op AllPoor propagation. Nothing like the epic opening last Tuesday
N9EATSingle Op AllCasual operation, very much enjoyed the EU openings during the weekend
NC4MISingle Op 6MTHUNDERSTORMS IN THE AREA. THANKS TO ALL THAT CONTACTED ME. GREAT CONTEST
NC6KSingle Op AllHow do we know it's a VHF contest weekend in Southern CA? Easy - the bands are dead. Saturday was very spotty with the occasional moderate opening to the NE US. The QSB was bad and I found myself excited about a 30 Q/hour rate. I spent quite a bit of time on CW and managed a whopping 4 QSOs. I even managed to pick up a single contact and worked 160 miles away on 2 M with 75 W and a 4-element yagi at 20'. Activity on 2 M was poor to say the least. For those who are bemoaning the lack of CW and SSB activity on VHF during contests, I suggest we petition the contest organizers to give us 5 points each for those modes - maybe it'll spur more competition on the legacy modes. Thanks to all for the Qs and see you next year. SOAPBOX: 73 de NC6K
NE1BMulti-OpNice opening to Northern Europe, picked up new DXCC, Latvia. Also, 2 new CONUS grids in NW US
NE1IChecklogYep, only one QSO. 73
NS8OSingle Op 6M3 times as many contacts as last year. But band was still quirky, as 6 meters often is! 73 de NS8O
OZ6OMSingle Op QRPQSO`s made with 5 watt to a 5 element Yagi-Uda antenna up 7 meters above ground (11 meters above sea). Went to and from the radio over the contest period, just to spread some points. As allways QRP is an experience. vy 73 'Matt' OZ6OM
PU2KOBSingle Op 2MSingle Operator - Single Band - Only 144mhz - DIGI mode

S56PSingle Op 2MNice contest!
SO4ATASingle Op AllI corrected it because something did not register. How can you find out who is taking part in the game and who is not? This is my first time in this competition and I don't understand many things :)

VA2DGSingle Op AllThis is my First CD WW VHF Contest
VA7OTC/RRoverFirst time submitting a log for this. Am a Vet. Have great difficulty with this bit. The Sat afternoon/evening was great, the Sunday drive was tiring. Added a 6m dipole under my 9el 2m Yagi boom. Not bad. Horizontal at least
VA7QISingle Op AllI realize I am late submitting the log, so perhaps you can use it as a checklog? 73 de va7qi, ....Erik
VE2HAYSingle Op 6MAnalog only!

VE3SMASingle Op AllOperation from Burlington, Ont. FN03CH My transmitted mode is shown for cross-mode contacts Equipment - 50 MHz K2 + homebrew transverter + amp 70 W, Moxon at 25 ft. 144 MHz Elecraft K2 + DEMI xvtr + Mirage B2518G 100 W, dipole at 25 ft
W0OHUSingle Op 6MGreat Contest - good conditions
W1AJTSingle Op 6MK3 / 2 El Moxon @ 6m Conditions here Sunday were terrible. Saturday people couldn't figure out that the exchange did not include signal report. WSJT again shows how great SW can be poorly implemented. Too bad it is the only choice for FT contesting
W1HMMSingle Op 6MOperating from Monhegan Island Lighthouse, ME
W2TZSingle Op 6MOperated remote 10 miles from rig QTH
W3OFDSingle Op AllLimited time on-air: thunderstorms and torrential rain. Better luck next year
W4AMCMulti-OpWe had fun, see ya next year!
W4EESingle Op 6MSlow going, gotta get better antenna
W5PRSingle Op 6MThis contest was a bit slow most of the time, but I was surprised to work 19 Europeans on 6m FT8 on Sunday morning between 1151 and 1348 UT. You just never know!
W5TVSingle Op 6MEnjoyed the contest. I didn't get to spend as much time as I wanted to but here it is
W8KNOSingle Op AllAntenna rotor failed unfortunately pointed to nowhere
W8RUSingle Op 6MGreat conditions on 6m and lots of fun. Couldn't work any EU but managed to get one JA in the log. Thanks -Ron (W8RU)
W9SZHilltopperI had a choice of working either the first I was using a new Moxon antenna on 6m. At the start of the contest I didn't realize I had it backwards and I was working stations in New England off the back of the antenna. The stations I worked were really loud. Makes me wonder how louf they would have been if I had the antenna pointed in the right direction!
W9ZSJSingle Op 6MI copied K1TEO as FM31 twice, but QRZ shows FN31. I found 3 other Qs near the end of the contest that I didn't have earlier. I wasn't sure from my notes whether they were cw or ssb and may have confused their grid squares. Was ko9a really not en52?
WA1KRGSingle Op 6MThank you for sponsoring the contest. 73 - Dan, W1QK - Operator
