AA8TASingle Op 6MSome nice activity this might be the most stations that I have found on 6m in one contest. I have a home-made halo at about 15 feet off of the ground and it was getting into CO, KS, FL, TX and New England and a few other areas. Lots of fun
AC4GSingle Op 6MCOULD NOT OPERATE LONG DUE TO HOT WATER HEATER BLOWING UP
AE4MSingle Op 6MFirst VHF contest
AJ6TSingle Op AllLost time struggling with WSJT-X problems after installing version 2.10 but finally got that working. I ran two instances of WSJT-X on a single PC, controlling separate radios on 6 and 2 meters. WSJT-X played fairly well with N1MM+, but there was some confusion with stations not running contest mode. The CQWW VHF contest rules are a bit self-contradictory, and I wish we had been playing by the ARRL rules allowing skeds. Six meter E-skip propagation was only fair toward the west, but New England was into Alabama for most of the contest. I made some QSOs with new mode FT4, and I was surprised at the number of repeats required on that mode even with strong signals. I'm looking forward to smoother integration of WSJT-X with N1MM+. I heard some 2m E-skip signals on SSB Saturday afternoon, but my 50 watts were not enough to break through the QRM to snag stations in North Dakota and Minnesota
AK4FLSingle Op AllFT8: Some just start calling CQ, but forget to answer. Many forget to check the box to Hold TX freq which slows QSO down

K7BWHSingle Op 6MI like to explore mountaintops in the Pacific NW. For this contest, I drove to Idaho and set up at 6,000' in DN27dk, high above the ski area at Lookout Pass on I-90. The ID-MT border follows this ridge line and I was just barely on the Idaho side. I operated only FT8 and only the last three hours of the contest. After the CQ WW contest, I went on to activate two more grid squares, DN26qp and DN07dk
K7SMASingle Op 6MReally slow- opening to SoCal in the last hour!
K7XCSingle Op AllThere Actually Was Es for the July 2019 CQ VHF Contest, Go Figure! Nothing earth shattering but OK single hope stuff. Worked DL99 for an ATNO FFMA Grid which is very cool! Too many out of sequence locals made for tough sledding at times. A few stations active on 6M FT8 had 'dramatically over-driven audio', wiping out the entire audio spectrum! This kind of stupidity make me really hate FT8 at times!!! Thank God some folks were still on good old fashioned Analog SSB which I truly enjoyed. 144 MHz was a complete and total BUST! NOT ONE STATION OUTSIDE OF DM09 WAS ON 144.200 SSB/CW!!! Using FT8 on 144.174 to contact people whom we normally work on SSB/CW IS STUPID! The power of FT8 is simply squandered on short paths, while getting in the way of anyone else working trying legitimate long haul tropo as their receivers are desensed by the extremely loud locals! What a hugely disappointing display of pointless activity!
K8CNSingle Op QRPWandered into the shack in the midst of chores, saw all the activity on the panadapter, and decided to jump in for just a half-hour or so! Wish I'd had time earlier in the day - nice sporadic E into the southeast U.S
K9GYSingle Op 6MNice to see magic band open on a contest weekend!
