| 7K1CPT | Single Op 2M QRP | Digital | IC-705 5W Vertical Dipole |
| A65DX | Hilltopper | Digital | This is my first competition using the callsign A65DX. There was a great Multihop Es opening with QRB up to 5,000 km. Thanks for the QSOs! 73, Igor A65DX, also VE3ZF |
| AA2IL | Single Op ALL Low Power | SSB/CW | As much as I prefer CW, I am not a fan of the changes made to this contest this year. There simply was not enough activity in the analog sub-bands to maintain my interest for very long. Please consider returning to the old format with perhaps more QSO points for CW and SSB contacts if the goal is to increase the use of these modes |
| AD4IE | Single Op 6M Low Power | SSB/CW | Thanks for creating a VHF contest that starts for us in the morning and that has separate contests for analog and digital. It's unfortunate for us in the USA that it was on a holiday weekend |
| AF6RT | Single Op 6M High Power | Digital | Operated about 6 hours, Saturday morning to end of contest. Occasional one hop openings to the east and north. Took some time to relearn the WSJT sequence again |
| AJ6T | Single Op ALL High Power | Digital | Very casual effort for me in this contest. I was hoping for some long distance 2m QSOs but that did not happen. My best 2m DX was K2DRH at 389 miles. I made just a few 6m contacts using 500 watts, so that put me into the high power category. No Europeans were decoded on 6m. Overall propagation was pretty unremarkable with spotty 6m Es and no extended tropo on 2m. 6m: K3s, KPA1500, 4el 'or ' 2m: IC9700, 9el ' |
| AJ6T | Single Op ALL Low Power | SSB/CW | I was pleased that something had finally been done to promote analog VHF contest activity. Although family obligations kept my operating time to less than an hour, I had a lot of fun working SSB and CW on both bands. Six meter Es conditions were poor here in Tennessee, and activity was low. I hope future runnings of this contest will attract more attention. I got up early Sunday morning in hopes of making some meteor scatter QSOs in the last hour of the contest, and I was very pleased to complete an old-school 6m SSB MS QSO with K5TR in Texas. That reminded me of all the hours repeating 'Roger S2' into the microphone decades ago in pursuit of 6m and 2m VUCC from California. 6m: K3s (100w), 4el LFA ' or ' 2m: IC9700 (100w), 9el LFA ' |

| K0XM | Single Op ALL Low Power | SSB/CW | Wish we had the same conditions on 6 as we did a few days ago, but it did not happen. 6M fell flat quick. But it was fun |
| K1DC | Single Op ALL Low Power | Digital | Ugh... Two interesting contests on the same day NAQP RTTY, a wake, and mysterious RF issues conspired to limit my score this time out. After considerable time troubleshooting I had to limit my 6M output to ~30w to keep things working. SWR was fine, but RF was def. getting into something making the gear unhappy. Next year will be better. -) |
| K1DS | Single Op ALL High Power | SSB/CW | Where were the 2m stations? Poor local condx |
| K1HC | Single Op ALL Low Power | Digital | Thanks for running the contest. Wish there had been more participation. Conditions were flat on 2 meters but 6 meters had some openings to EU and the southwest for limited times |
| K1RZ | Single Op ALL High Power | SSB/CW | I like the new format of 24 hours 1200Z to 1200Z, plus the usage of assistance. Had a good time connecting with many who I've worked over the years. Missed some 6m openings. Thanks to CQ for their sponsorship. And to everyone who got on and worked some stations on analog modes. 73, Dave K1RZ FM19JH |
| K2LNS | Hilltopper | Digital | Could not ask for a better day to set up and take down. Nice to work old friends from when I used the WA2FGK power house station. I was only able to work one station in Europe. Had a blast using a small station |
